My weekly summary with the highlights of what’s on in Perth, Western Australia, for kids from Thursday 5 to Monday 9 April 2007, which is the Easter Long Weekend!
Some things are free, some cost money and some you will need to book tickets for. Click on the links for more info.
This is a summary of the ‘what’s on this week‘ posted at Enjoy Perth, though with a few additions. Please also see ‘What’s on in Perth in April 2007′, which lists the major events this month.

Performing Arts:

Spare Parts Puppet Theatre’s The Little Prince (for 5 to 15 yo) from 31 March to 21 April 07.

Fremantle Street Arts Festival from Saturday 7 to Monday 9 April 2007.

Circus Joseph Ashton is in Cockburn from 6 to 29 April 2007

Other:

13th Morris Minor National Rally at Esplanade Park in Fremantle from Friday 6 to Monday 9 April 07.

Fremantle Street Arts Festival from Saturday 7 to Monday 9 April 2007.

Bunnies, Bonnets & Baskets is a free kids easter event held in Willespie Park in Pearsall(City of Wanneroo) on Saturday from midday.

Easter Egg-stravaganza at Whiteman Parl on Sunday 8 April 07.

The Fremantle Village Art Markets are held from 10am to 5.30pm every Thursday until the end of April.

Joondalup Sunset Markets are held from 6pm on Friday. From 7pm there is free music on Reid Promenade.

The Mandjar Markets are held at the Waterfront in Mandurah every Sunday from 1 to 5pm until the end of April.
